Golden Ginger and Honey Milk

Ingredients | Serves 4-5

20g ginger, peeled and chopped 

1-2 tbsp honey (to taste)

600ml whole milk 

200ml kefir 

2 tsp cinnamon 

2 tsp turmeric

Pinch of salt and pepper 


Method

Place all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve into a jug and then I just pour this into a large jar to keep in the fridge. Give it a shake before serving hot or cold with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
